txt2html converts Textfiles to HTML
txt2html simply converts special characters needed to be encoded in HTML files to a encoded version.
Call
txt2html file.txt
The output is written to the standard output,
which may be redirected under unices with
>.
So the call
txt2html file.txt > file.html
saves the output in a file.
There are a lot of other tools out there in the net which not only convert unencoded text to encoded ones. See this as a useful example in GNU Prolog.
txt2html is published under the terms of the GNU Public Licence. A copy of the license is within the tarball.
